is an ancient form of painting that dates back centuries. Frescos are a special form of mural painting that can with stand the
test of time. Some examples are the Sistine Ceiling and the murals of
Diego Rivera. A fresco will last centuries compared to a regular painted
mural. The process involves plastering a substrate and as the plaster
is wet paint into the wet plaster. Once the plaster solidifies the mural
becomes apart of the wall or ceiling. Mr. Kirby has 15 years of experience
working in this method and murals painted with this material last for centuries.
